Today is the start of week 14 the magical day when you slip from the first trimester to the second, when morning sickness and chronic tiredness are supposed to vanish into the past and a new and improved energetic self appears. Like hell. Morning sickness? tick. Exhausted, constantly? tick.
Am going to have to move my blog posting time to earlier in the day, as by 6pm I am incapable of coherent speech let alone typing without spelling mistakes.
Eight days left of November and then a break I think from blogging, can't wait!

Congratulations and hang in there!!
Ah yes, the magic that is Trimester Two. Then the slide toward labour...
Sorry, couldn't resist!
Oh dear. Blogging land will be very quiet, I fear, come December. I hope the "honeymoon" trimester starts in earnest soon.
labour doesn't bother me - says she who took to screaming during it because she felt that her pain wasn't being taken seriously enough. it's the horrible hip pain and pelvic pain that might start soon which scares me.
The 2nd trimester good vibes started with a bang for me. One day I was feeling like you know what, then it was all over. I hope your good vibes spring on you soon too.
Why the break? Sorry, I'm a bit nosey. Please ignore at your discretion :-)
why the break? i'm finding it very hard to come up with something even close to being readable on a daily basis! also my lazy side is kicking in! not a long break though, just a few days.
I never had the sickness, but made up for it with a vengeance with heartburn from about 20 weeks, right through to the end. Even water would set it off.
Ah, yes, hip and pelvic pain - the joy. I feel for you.
ah yes I forgot about the heartburn. The only thing that would cure mine was eating large quantities of Ben & Jerry's icecream.
right I shall stop moaning about pregnancy immediately. Promise!
Fingers crossed your nice second trimester kicks in soon. Lets face it though, a second or subsequent pregnancy will always leave you feeling crappier than the first because you don't have the time or energy to look after yourself, you're too busy with your shouty first-born :-)
I have two very loud-talking boys, possibly because I tap-danced through both my pregnancies!
so if you want quiet children you should go and live in a hermit's cave for the duration? right I'm packing me bags!
tapdancing through out pregnancy? I'm impressed
You can't take a break, you have become a regular source of entertainment for me! What will I do? Who will I read? oh woe....
