D-Day

We have been abandoned. My parents left 2 days ago to return to Edinburgh so now I have sole care of two little boys during the day. Truth be told though, it's not been that bad. The FB has made it to nursery for the last couple of days practically on time, has attended a birthday party and gotten into his first fight in Soft Play (he actually stuck up for himself hurrah!); the Count on the other hand is determined to watch the effects of sleep deprivation on a 30something woman up close.

But who cares because....we have a new home (pending references of course). It's huge with a garden and loads of storage and we move at the end of the month. And yes Angelfeet it's still south of the river.

(and Caramaena I am so glad I wasn't the only one who found that episode of Dr Who scary!)

Congratulations on finding a new place, with a garden too, perfect for enjoying your Pimms!

Hooray for the new home, it sounds wonderful. I might have to come to England to sample this Pimms you keep talking about -- no earthly idea! The secret to life at home with two boys? Well, I have no idea on that one either, sure does help to have on at nursery school.

HOORAH! HOORAH!
As we're rapidly finding out with one boy, the more room to run, the better...

I thoroughly recommend the Pimm's Cup as being refreshing, yummy and makes one very relaxed and (in my case) a far better mummy (as I discovered after having a couple at yesterday's party)

Yay for the new house with the garden! That will make life with 2 little boys MUCH easier.

Hmph. I'm still waiting for new Doctor Who. They are advertising the special episode with Catherine Tate (am I bovvered?) in 2 weeks time... is that the scary one?

Congrats on finding a new place. Hope it's just perfect for you.

The last bit of the Doctor Who was nerve-wracking. So glad this area is a bit light on in statues!

Stomper, no that one's not the scary one. We'll probably see it on tv in a couple of months time (it's number 10 in the series, I think). Don't forget Torchwood starts on Ch 10 this coming Monday. I haven't seen any of those - have you seen them Velcro? Is it good?

Great news that you've found a house with a lovely garden.

Not so great news about the sleep deprivation!

But great news about the fact FB stuck up for himself.

I'm making myself dizzy here. Good luck with the move. It will be lovely to have your own garden.

Caramaena I haven't seen Torchwood but Angelfeet has. Captain Jack was in this week's Dr Who which fortunately for my nerves was not as scary as last weeks.
